To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, please review the following details:
   Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day.
   Advance Request Required: Pool heating should be requested at the time of booking and no later than 5 days prior to your arrival to ensure it's ready for you.
   Heating Time: Please allow 2-3 days for the pool to reach a comfortable temperature of 80-87°F.
   Payment: The heating fee will be invoiced separately through the platform after your booking is confirmed.

The neighborhood was quiet, the people were friendly and the hiking and walking trails were great!  It was nice to have a Safeway grocery store, McDonalds, Pizza place, Starbucks, and gas station close by.  We had a great time at the South Lake Park playing basketball and walking around the lake.  It was nice to have multiple park options with basketball, pickle ball, tennis, playgrounds, and sand volleyball nearby.

It was stocked with all the essentials:  pool towels and toys (kids LOVED the pool basketball net and balls), blankets, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cooking spices, k-cups, Keurig machine, etc.!!  We paid to have the pool heated and it was SOOOO worth it!!  The kids had a blast in the pool!!!  We also enjoyed the grassy area as the kids used this to play catch and sword fight with pool noodles.  We all enjoyed the outdoor TV so we could watch the March Madness basketball games while enjoying the patio, pool, and hot tub.  
The kitchen had everything we needed and was spacious!!  The beds were so comfortable!!!  Loved this VRBO!!!!" (10/5)
