From the moment you arrive, you'll be enchanted by the farmhouse-inspired decor, including shiplap walls, reclaimed wood accents, and vintage furnishings. Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a plush sofa, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light streaming in through large windows. Whip up delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances, farmhouse-style cabinetry, and a farmhouse sink. Retreat to one of two charming bedrooms, each featuring comfortable bedding, ample storage, and unique farmhouse decor. The bathroom offers a modern touch with a walk-in shower and farmhouse-style vanity. Soft towels and essential toiletries are provided. Sip your morning coffee on the front porch as you take in views of the surrounding desert landscape. The spacious backyard is a serene spot for al fresco dining and stargazing.

Located in a quiet Mesa neighborhood, you'll have easy access to local attractions, golf courses, hiking trails, and shopping centers.Mesa is the perfect launching point for exploring all that Arizona has to offer, from the natural wonders of the Sonoran Desert to the cultural attractions of Phoenix and Scottsdale.

Please note there are horses on the back of the property

There is a pet fee of $25 per pet per night. If you plan to bring your pets with you, kindly let us know in advance, so we can send a separate invoice.

Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

• NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance, there are also Ring cameras facing the gates to the back yard. The camera does not look into any interior spaces

This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you.

Important: All guests are required to complete and pass a background screening through Guest Ranger prior to their stay. This is a necessary step to comply with local city regulations and to ensure the safety and security of our home and community. The reservation will only be confirmed once the screening is successfully completed.
