The good: Plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. All appliances we tried worked. (Didn't use the dishwasher - dragging it across the kitchen to hook it up to the sink was more than we needed for two people.) WiFi was adequate to work remotely and stream a show in the evening. Kitchen is well-stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pots/pans, etc. Standard appliances, nothing "apartment-sized". Washer/dryer cleaned and dried fine. The questionable: Home is on a busy street (we knew this going in, but some folks may not want the noise), and the dumpster next door is emptied about 5:50am. (!!) We particularly recommend Mekong Plaza if you like Asian food (several restaurants and a huge supermarket), the Riparian Preserve in Gilbert (level paths, amazing bird life and a fishing pond), the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix (pricey, but takes hours to explore), Usery Mountain Regional Park, Lost Dutchman State Park (many short trails in each), and the Picket Post Trailhead, where you can pick up the Arizona Trail and L.O.S.T Loop.
